Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Olivia Hemme stepped things up a notch to give Concordia the 'W'. Hemme was dialed in as she struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. She was up against Crest Ridge and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them back in April of 2024. Hemme has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances.
