Basketball Recap: Lake Region Comes Up Short

Lake Region was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They fell 43-31 to the Lamoille Lancers. If the Rangers were looking for revenge after losing 40-37 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lake Region's record now sits at 5-10. As for Lamoille, their victory bumped their record up to 8-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Region will host Harwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lamoille, they will challenge Peoples Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Lamoille is facing Peoples Academy at the right time seeing as Peoples Academy is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
