Basketball Recap: Cascade Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

With a playoff win on the line, Cascade rose to the challenge on Friday. They came out on top against the Junction City Tigers by a score of 47-38. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Cascade's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.4 points over those games. As for Junction City, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-11 record this season.
