Volleyball Recap: Ten Straight Road Victories for Carroll

Carroll had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Northridge on Tuesday. The Chargers put the hurt on the Raiders with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won four in a row.

Carroll not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Northridge between 17 and 20 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-20, 25-19.

Jaydon Capers paced Carroll's offense, picking up 11 kills. Capers got some help from Ethan Nadeau and his eight assists. Capers also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Isaiah Trulock, racking up two apiece.
