Softball Recap: Athens Bulldogs vs. Alexander Spartans

Athens won the last time they faced Alexander and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 7-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Fern Sigmam made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits (and not a single walk).
