Baseball Recap: Big Rapids' Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

Big Rapids lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Mason County Central, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's game. The Cardinals never let the Spartans get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Cardinals as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Big Rapids' victory bumped their record up to 14-16. As for Mason County Central, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

Looking ahead, Big Rapids will be playing in front of their home fans against Cadillac at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Mason County Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
