East Valley got themselves on the board against Ephrata on Tuesday, but Ephrata never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 14-0 victory. Considering the Red Devils have won ten contests by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for East Valley and bumps their season record up to 12-1. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Ephrata, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Valley will head out to square off against Selah at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something the Red Devils surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ephrata, they will head out on the road to challenge Othello at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Huskies have averaged an impressive 6.2 runs per game this season.
