Basketball Game Preview: Upperman Bees vs. Steinbrenner Warriors

The Upperman Bees will be taking part in a tournament against the Steinbrenner Warriors at 10:30 a.m. on Monday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Upperman sitting on ten straight wins and Steinbrenner on 11.

Upperman is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed by Mater Lakes Academy to the tune of 82-46 on Saturday. The Bees have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Steinbrenner didn't have too much trouble with Jensen Beach on Saturday as they won 65-46. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 31st, while the Falcons are ranked 149th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Upperman's victory bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Steinbrenner, their win bumped their record up to 11-0.
