Basketball Recap: Providence Classical Piles Up the Points Against Kingdom Leadership

Providence Classical's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They breezed past the Kingdom Leadership Chargers to the tune of 63-20. The Paladins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Leading Providence Classical to victory were Grafton Eiff and Malachi Thompson. Eiff almost dropped a triple-double with nine points, 11 rebounds, and nine assists, while Thompson almost dropped a double-double with 19 points and nine boards. That's the most boards Eiff has posted since back in December of 2024. Lucas Leftwich was another key player, going 5-for-7 en route to 11 points and seven rebounds.

Providence Classical's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Kingdom Leadership, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Providence Classical will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Chargers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
