Volleyball Recap: Santa Margarita Eagles vs. Westview Wolverines

With a playoff game on the line, Santa Margarita rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Westview Wolverines , sneaking past 3-2. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wolverines, too.

Santa Margarita's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 22-14-1. As for Westview, their defeat dropped their record down to 25-11.

Santa Margarita will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Temecula Valley at 6:00 p.m. Temecula Valley is coming into the game with seven straight wins at home, so Santa Margarita will have to stop a team with plenty of momentum. Westview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
