Volleyball Recap: Bishop Walsh Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bishop Walsh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Salisbury Elk Lick Elks.

Bishop Walsh was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Salisbury Elk Lick work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-13, 16-25, 25-16.

Salisbury Elk Lick found their leader in freshman Alivia Hummel, who had 20 assists and four aces.

Bishop Walsh's loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Bishop Walsh will welcome Keyser on Saturday. As for Salisbury Elk Lick, they will be taking part in a tournament against Chestnut Ridge at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
