Soccer Recap: Trinity Comes Up Short

If Trinity was feeling good fresh off their 12-0 takedown of Onalaska two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers came up short against the Jasper Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 5-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Trinity of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2025.

Trinity now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Jasper, they moved to 2-3-1 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Trinity will square off against Corrigan-Camden at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. Corrigan-Camden's last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Jasper, they will take on Diboll at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
