Basketball Recap: Four Straight Home Victories for Istrouma

Istrouma extended their home winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Eryn Brown. The Istrouma Indians breezed by the McKinley Panthers to the tune of 53-13 on Saturday thanks in part to Brown, who went 11 for 24 on her way to 35 points along with eight rebounds and six steals. That makes it 21 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Istrouma's points.

Another player making a difference was Rhyli Brown, who posted four points and seven steals. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in steals.

Istrouma has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. As for McKinley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
