Springfield came tearing into Friday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 56-45 victory over the Rochester Rockets. This was a revenge game for the Senators: when they faced off against the Rockets back in January, they had to take a 54-48 loss.

Despite the defeat, Rochester had strong showings from Eli Cox, who posted 17 points and eight rebounds, and Khordell Gregory, who earned seven points.

Springfield's record is now 18-12. As for Rochester, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 17-10 record this season.
