Basketball Recap: California Takes a Loss

California suffered their closest loss since January 18th on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Boonville Pirates by a score of 46-44. The Pintos have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

California's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Boonville, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. California will take on Blair Oaks at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Boonville, they will head out on the road to challenge Smith-Cotton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
