Basketball Recap: Terryville Takes a Loss

Terryville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 67-64 heartbreaker at the hands of the Thomaston Bears. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (61), the Kangaroos still had to take the loss.

Terryville's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Thomaston, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 15-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Terryville will host Goodwin RVT at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Thomaston, they will welcome Lakeview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
