Basketball Recap: Wisconsin Lutheran Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with West Allis Central

On Tuesday, Wisconsin Lutheran faced West Allis Central in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Wisconsin Lutheran Vikings took a 78-70 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Allis Central Bulldogs. The Vikings were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 87-70.

Wisconsin Lutheran's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 8-1 and their overall record down to 18-2. As for West Allis Central, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 16-5.
