Soccer Recap: Stockbridge Comes Up Short

Stockbridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Springport Spartans, falling 10-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Springport this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-1 on April 9th.

Stockbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Springport, they now have a winning record of 5-4-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stockbridge will venture away from home to face off against Quincy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Springport, they will square off against Bronson at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
