Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences' loss dropped their record down to 0-9-1. As for Sherman Oaks CES, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-4-3.

Everything went Sherman Oaks CES's way against Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences in their previous meeting back in January, as Sherman Oaks CES made off with a 7-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sherman Oaks CES since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
