Volleyball Recap: Liberty Picks Up Sixth Consecutive Win

Liberty had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Heritage Coyotes with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Liberty's got stronger as the match went on, holding Heritage to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17, 25-14.

Leading Liberty to victory were Riley Wong and Morgan Ferguson. Wong had 17 assists and five digs, while Ferguson had 12 digs and two assists. Ferguson is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

Liberty's record is now 28-4. As for Heritage, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-14.
