Baseball Recap: Mississinewa Takes a Loss

Mississinewa and Bellmont squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Mississinewa had to settle for second. They came up short against the Braves, falling 6-0. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Braves recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Mississinewa's record is now 12-12. As for Bellmont, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-13 record this season.

Mississinewa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bellmont, they will challenge Heritage at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Patriots' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Braves' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
