There's no place like home for Centennial, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Somerset College Prep Academy Spartans on Wednesday. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Spartans  last Wednesday, they had to take a  3-2  defeat.
 Centennial was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-20,  25-21.
 Centennial was led to victory by  Claritza Lopez and  Savanna Tavaris.  Lopez  had 11  digs and three  aces, while  Tavaris  had three  digs and two  aces. That's the most  aces  Tavaris has posted  over her last eight  matches.
Centennial's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Somerset College Prep Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Centennial will venture away from home to  face off against John Carroll Catholic  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Rams will roll in looking for their  fifth straight  win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. As for Somerset College Prep Academy, they are taking a road trip to  square off against Okeechobee  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
