Volleyball Recap: Zoey Aguayo's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Sotomayor over Johnson

It was a proper cat-fight when Sotomayor faced off against Johnson on Thursday. The WILDCATS fell 2-0 to the Jaguars. The WILDCATS have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sotomayor lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Zoey Aguayo, who had nine assists and eight digs.

Johnson's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Rileigh Butler led the charge by getting nine digs and three assists.

Sotomayor now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Johnson, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-4.
