Brooklynn Roper Game Report: @ Commerce

Sequoyah's leading pitcher did her thing again on Thursday. Commerce had no answer to Brooklynn Roper as she struck out 2 batters over 7 innings while giving up 2 earned (and three unearned) runs off 4 hits.

Roper and Sequoyah will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Wyandotte at 4:30 p.m. on the 21st. The Bears will enter the matchup having just beaten Commerce, so the Eagles will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
