Northridge won the last time they faced Greeley Central and Yael Padilla did his part to make sure it happened again. The Grizzlies snuck past the Wildcats with a 24-20 win on Friday with plenty of help from Padilla, who rushed for 89 yards and a pair of TDs, and also picked up 30 receiving yards. He also punched in two rushing touchdowns, marking his first of the season.

Although Greeley Central took the loss, they still got scores from Gabe Galindo, Kevin Tanabanu, and Damian Proano.

The victory snapped Northridge's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-4 record. As for Greeley Central, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.
