Softball Recap: Dodge City Comes Up Short

Dodge City and Derby squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Dodge City had to settle for second. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 11-0. The loss continues a trend for the Demons in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Dodge City's defeat dropped their record down to 3-24. As for Derby, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

As of now, neither Dodge City nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
