Almond-Bancroft extended their postseason success on Thursday against Tri-County. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Penguins. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 19 matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Almond-Bancroft is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Tri-County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13-1 record this season.
