Soccer Recap: Mt. St. Joseph Academy Comes Up Short

Mt. St. Joseph Academy and Proctor pushed the score to 5-3 the last time they played Proctor, but on Tuesday defenses reigned supreme. The Green Wave fell just short of the Phantoms by a score of 1-0. Mt. St. Joseph Academy's loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Mt. St. Joseph Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Proctor, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Mt. St. Joseph Academy and Proctor will both be playing Grace Christian the next time they take the pitch. The Green Wave will host the Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Phantoms will head out to face them at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
