Soccer Recap: Apollo Takes a Loss

Apollo lost against Daviess County back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers.

Apollo's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Daviess County, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-6-2.

Coming up, Apollo is taking a road trip to face off against Mayfield at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Daviess County, they will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against Male at 10:00 a.m.
