Soccer Recap: Princeton Takes a Loss

Princeton and Washington squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Princeton had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Hatchets by a score of 2-1. Princeton were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Washington earlier this season, when they won 2-2.

Princeton's goal came courtesy of Charlie Wilhite, who's now up to six this season.

Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9-1. As for Washington, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-5-1.

Princeton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Washington, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Gibson Southern on the 8th.
