Baseball Recap: Santee Takes a Loss

Santee lost against Jefferson on Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Falcons took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Democrats. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Santee saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Serrano, who went 1-for-3 with one triple.

Santee's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Jefferson, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Santee wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 8-7 defeat against Dr. Maya Angelou Community on the 30th. As for Jefferson, they have also already played their next contest, a 13-1 victory against Manual Arts on the 2nd.
