St. Paul has gone 8-2 against Mandeville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Last Saturday, St. Paul's came up short against Ponchatoula and fell 72-65. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 78th, while the Green Wave are ranked 13th).

Mandeville played in conference for the first time on Friday and they got just the result they we're looking for. They walked away with a 60-51 win over Covington. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Skippers.

Mandeville's victory bumped their record up to 17-14. As for St. Paul's, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-10 record this season.

St. Paul's couldn't quite finish off Mandeville in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 and fell 45-43. Can St. Paul's avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
