Basketball Recap: Andrew K. Demoski Comes Up Short

Andrew K. Demoski suffered their biggest defeat since January 11th on Friday. They took a blow against the Minto Lakers, falling 66-36. The loss continues a trend for the Wolves in their meetings with the Lakers: they've now lost five in a row.

Despite the defeat, Andrew K. Demoski saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Peyton Ekada posted 20 points. That was a full 55.6% of Andrew K. Demoski's points, marking the sixth time in a row Ekada has scored more than a third of the team's points. Kellian Kriska was another key player, putting up nine points.

Andrew K. Demoski's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Minto, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Andrew K. Demoski nor Minto have any future games scheduled.
