Baseball Recap: West Point Find Success

West Point posted their closest victory since February 27th on Thursday. They skirted past the Douglas Eagles 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

West Point pushed their record up to 11-14 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for Douglas, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.

Looking ahead, West Point will be playing at home against Priceville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Douglas, they will face off against McAdory at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
