Basketball Game Preview: Fairdale Bulldogs vs. Jeffersontown Chargers

The Fairdale Bulldogs just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Jeffersontown Chargers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Tuesday, Fairdale lost to Kentucky Country Day at home by a 46-27 margin.

Meanwhile, Jeffersontown came up short against Kentucky Country Day on Saturday and fell 52-40. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jeffersontown now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Fairdale, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Everything came up roses for Fairdale against Jeffersontown when the teams last played back in November of 2023, as the squad secured a 62-27 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fairdale since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
