Ryle had won six straight on the road, but on Tuesday they bumped their record up to 15-7-1 to make it seven. They never let the Boone County Rebels get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. The Raiders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rebels, too.

As for Boone County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season. They just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

For Boone County's part, Peyton Elmore spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned runs on three hits.

Ryle will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Rebels: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
