Volleyball Recap: Edgewood Takes a Loss

Edgewood lost against Ross on September 4th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cougars came up short against the Rams, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-13, 25-15.

Kaylee Barker paced Edgewood's offense, picking up nine kills. Barker got some help from Ella Crist and her 24 assists.

Edgewood dropped their record down to 9-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Ross, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 16-1.

Edgewood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Monroe on the 25th. As for Ross, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Talawanda on the 24th.
