Preview: Randolph vs. Sparta
Randolph have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Saturday. They take on Sparta at 1:00 PM. The two teams are strolling into their game after big wins in their previous games.
Randolph might be getting used to good results now that the team have six wins in a row. They blew past Roxbury 33-0. With Randolph ahead 26-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Meanwhile, Sparta put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season last Friday. They took the match and then some with a 55-7 win over Vernon. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 48-0.
Randolph took a serious blow against Sparta the last time the two teams met, falling 7-52. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown.
