Basketball Recap: Bloomfield Comes Up Short

Bloomfield lost against Honeoye back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bloomfield Bombers took a 68-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Honeoye Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Bombers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 670th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 79th).

Bloomfield has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost 14 of their last 16 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-17 record this season. As for Honeoye, the win (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 17-1.

As of now, neither Bloomfield nor Honeoye have any future games scheduled.
