Volleyball Recap: Northwood Academy Has No Trouble Against Hammond

Northwood Academy won the last time they faced Hammond and things went their way on Thursday too. The Chargers put the hurt on the Skyhawks with a sharp 3-0 win.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-16, 25-9.

Northwood Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Hammond, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northwood Academy will challenge Wilson Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, Hammond and Trinity Collegiate will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
