Softball Recap: Hankinson/Campbell-Tintah/Fairmount Takes a Loss

Hankinson/Campbell-Tintah/Fairmount was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Kindred/Richland Colts. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Colts this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 25-6 back in April.

Hankinson/Campbell-Tintah/Fairmount's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Kindred/Richland, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hankinson/Campbell-Tintah/Fairmount will venture away from home to challenge Enderlin at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kindred/Richland, they will take on Thompson at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
