White Station and Whitehaven are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long. The Spartans will head out to challenge the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

White Station came up short against Memphis Central on Wednesday, falling 12-4.

White Station saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Baily Britt, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Whitehaven fell victim to Briarcrest Christian and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 26-0 to the Saints. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Saints: they've now lost four in a row.

Whitehaven's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for White Station, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-3.

Everything went White Station's way against Whitehaven when the teams last played back in March of 2025, as White Station made off with a 20-0 win. Will the Spartans repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
