While Flora's victory against Farina South Central wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wolves narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Cougars 2-1. Two seems to be a good number for the Wolves as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Flora pushed their record up to 4-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Farina South Central, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.

Coming up, Flora will head out to face off against Cumberland on Saturday. As for Farina South Central, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Neoga at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
