Dexter won the last time they faced Bedford and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Dreadnaughts walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Kicking Mules. Winning may never get old, but the Dreadnaughts sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Jack Sayler made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run over seven innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Brady Arbaugh was excellent, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Noah Fernando was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Dexter's win bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Bedford, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-9.

Coming up, Dexter will square off against Hartland at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bedford, they will take on Plymouth at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
