Baseball Recap: Central Magnet Comes Up Short

Central Magnet lost to Macon County last Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Central Magnet fell 7-4 to Macon County.

John Roth made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Central Magnet's record is now 17-24-3. As for Macon County, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-11-1 record this season.

Central Magnet does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Macon County, they will square off against DeKalb County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
