After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Greater Lawrence Tech, Cathedral was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Arlington Catholic Cougars, posting a 37-8 victory. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The victory got Cathedral back to even at 1-1. As for Arlington Catholic, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cathedral will face off against Lynn Classical at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Arlington Catholic, they will venture away from home to challenge Wilmington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
