Soccer Recap: Hoffman Estates Comes Up Short

Hoffman Estates came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-1 to the Fremd Vikings. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Hoffman Estates of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Hoffman Estates now has a losing record of 6-7-2. As for Fremd, they pushed their record up to 6-5-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Hoffman Estates will challenge Barrington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fremd, they will take on Palatine at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
