Soccer Recap: Air Force Academy vs. South Shore International
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Air Force Academy had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They came out on top against the South Shore International Tars by a score of 4-2. The high-scoring effort was just what the Falcons needed considering they were shutout in their previous contest.
Something new happened on Tuesday as Serigne Srck saw his first action of the season, playing 90 minutes against South Shore International. Srck made the most of the opportunity, scoring a goal. A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.
Air Force Academy now has a winning record of 6-5. As for South Shore International, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5-3.
As of now, neither Air Force Academy nor South Shore International have any future games scheduled.
