Softball Recap: Albert Lea Comes Up Short

Albert Lea fell victim to Jordan and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Hubmen & Jaguars, falling 8-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 7-6 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2023.

Albert Lea's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Jordan, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season.

Albert Lea does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jordan, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against St. Peter on the 26th.
