Softball Recap: Brewbaker Tech Has No Trouble Against Pike Road

Brewbaker Tech's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Pike Road Patriots as they made off with an 18-7 win. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Brewbaker Tech got a massive performance out of Kaymarria Bandy, who went 2-for-5 with one home run and six RBI. Those six RBI gave Bandy a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaquayla Jarrett, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4.

The victory snapped Brewbaker Tech's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-8 record. As for Pike Road, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-17.

Looking ahead, Brewbaker Tech will square off against Holtville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pike Road, they will be playing at home against Rehobeth at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
